Chaloner Valuations is a trusted valuer to many of Sydney’s leading law firms. We also provide experienced Valuers in an Expert Witness capacity, who will act strictly in accordance to the Expert Witness Code of Conduct, for a range of disputes such as Matrimonial (Family Law) and Compulsory Acquisition Compensation matters.
Our expert Valuers are able to prepare comprehensive valuation reports that are suitable for presentation in potential court proceedings through the NSW Supreme Court, NSW Land and Environment Court, Magistrates Court, Family Court and Federal Circuit Court.
We are also available to facilitate conferences where valuations are contested or attend mediations as necessary.
