PAUL CHALONER

Paul is the founder of Chaloner Valuations and has over 42 years of continuous property valuation and consultancy experience. Beginning his valuation career at the Valuer General’s Department, and most recently spending 12 years with Egan National Valuers as Senior Valuer, Paul specialises in providing valuations and consultancy to the legal fraternity and Local Government. He is regularly appointed as joint or single expert on Family Law, rental determination and compulsory acquisition matters.
Paul is a Fellow member of the Australian Property Institute, a Certified Practicing Valuer, a Specialist Retail Valuer and holds an Associate Professional Certificate in Expert Evidence for the Family Law Court.
IRENE PHANG
Director - AAPI, CPV, BProp, BCom
Irene joined Chaloner Valuations as a Director in 2011 after successful careers in Australia and New Zealand. Based in Auckland, Irene commenced her valuation career with Quotable Value (QV), New Zealand’s largest valuation and property services company, before moving to Sydney and joining Egan National Valuers in 2006. With over 17 years of continuous property valuation and consultancy experience, Irene is regularly jointly appointed for property valuation for Family Law purposes and is often involved in large valuation projects for litigation purposes with portfolio values in excess of AU$40M.
Irene is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute, Certified Practicing Valuer, a Specialist Retail Valuer, holds an Associate Professional Certificate in Expert Evidence for the Family Law Court, a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.
